The house is five bedrooms including a master bedroom with ensuite on the ground floor plus two bedrooms with twin single beds.

There is a large luxury bathroom with spa pool - shower & separate toilet . The kitchen is sited to get the best canal view and there is dining area - large TV area plus a more formal lounge where you can go and have a quiet read.

Upstairs there is another master bedroom with queen bed - plus a bedroom with twin single beds. Shower - toilet etc are there as well and a large family room with it's own TV and DVD. The room sized laundry is complete with washer - dryer (not often required) and ironing table.

Outside there is a barbecue - 8 seater outdoor table plus covered parking. A well maintained pool complements the property. The house is extremely comfortable. Fitzwilliam ends in a cul-de-sac and therefore is a nice quiet location. Very suitable for up to 10 people - two families - groups of friends etc. Spacious and comfortable.
